Software Engineer
Minimum/General Experience
2-4 years of technical experience as a programmer on computer
systems and/or database management systems. Requires competence
in analyzing functional business applications and design specifications
for functional activities. Possesses knowledge of computer equipment
and the ability to develop complex software to satisfy design
objectives. Requires competence in systems design, database management,
and use of programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript
and XML.
Functional Responsibility
Develop software libraries and tools, utility SW and components.
Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translates detailed
design into computer software. Supports testing, debugging, and
refining the computer software to produce the required product.
Helps prepare both program-level and user-level documentation.
Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
or Information Technology related field, Mathematics, Engineering
or Applied Science
